Multi-million-dollar renovations planned for Brunswick’s historic Lemont Building

New owners Aaron Turkel and Cleo Vauban plan to build five luxury apartment units and renovate the Lemont Hall for meetings and events while preserving the 150-year-old building's character. They are completing the project with the help of Maine's Historic Tax Credit program.

“I don’t know if they saw what this could be,” he said of the naysayers.”
